“Great location, with loads of parking in the area and really close to the station (handy to get to Newcastle) and the seaside.
The staff was helpful when we had an issue with the check in, and was always responsive to our requests.

“Room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. One of the double glazed window units was blown and required replacing and the ensuite was a little tired and needed upgrading. Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Staff needed chasing up not keeping up replacing side plates, and keeping coffee pots full. Staff were quick to apologise and bring out replacements. We will almost certainly visit again, despite getting a few things wrong the staff were extremely friendly and……

“Shower drain blocked and reported from day 1. And no one comes to get it fixed nor provide any solution.
Staff are great and try to help. But if the office or owner of the apartment are not responding, then staff can’t do much.
Location is beautiful .”
